Connections for Success
The main purpose of the Connections For Success Youth Leadership Program is to provide youth and young adults with positive life options through adult leadership, advocacy, positive relationships with adults who have lived experience and can truly relate and understand the issues and circumstances in which our youth must navigate.

Gettysburg Fishing Lake is an innovative community initiative designed to combine exceptional recreational fishing with environmental stewardship, youth development, outdoor education, and family wellness. Through a unique partnership between Waste Management, Sunlight Village, and Hook'em Chards, the lake will serve as a premier fishing destination while creating meaningful opportunities for education, conservation, and community engagement.
Located in the heart of the Dayton community, Gettysburg Fishing Lake will provide affordable outdoor recreation in a safe, family-friendly environment while generating sustainable revenue to support Sunlight Village's youth leadership, mental health, and family support programs.
Our vision extends beyond fishing—we are creating a community asset where families gather, youth discover their potential, and future environmental stewards are developed through hands-on experiences in nature.
