Connections for Success
The main purpose of the Connections For Success Youth Leadership Program is to provide youth and young adults with positive life options through adult leadership, advocacy, positive relationships with adults who have lived experience and can truly relate and understand the issues and circumstances in which our youth must navigate.
Creating a culture of Hope
Promoting and supporting the overall health and wellbeing of our community through parenting groups, mental health groups such as grief and loss, teen support groups and wellness programs.
